Savor the Art of Bean-to-Bar Chocolate

Most commercial chocolates made by big industries tend to have less than 20% cacao content with unnecessary and harmful fats, additives and excessive sugar content. The chocolate we make here at MODELLO contain pure cocoa and cocoa butter with varying levels of sugar that you can choose from.

The basis for making good chocolate depends on where the cacao beans are sourced from. Our beans are sourced here locally in Karnataka from a single farm. We are in direct touch with the farmers which guarantees us the highest quality cacao, creating an ethical and sustainable future for the farmer and building a mutually beneficial relationship with them.
