If you’re craving premium chocolate bars in Bangalore that don’t taste generic, mass-produced, or too sugary — Modello is where your search ends. Our bars are handcrafted, small-batch, and made from real bean-to-bar chocolate. That means every bite hits with pure cocoa richness, clean ingredients, and flavors that feel intentionally crafted… not thrown together.
Whether you vibe with Dark Chocolate 64%, fruity inclusions, rich caramel, or pure-origin cocoa, Modello has a bar for every mood, craving, and gifting moment.
Most chocolate brands melt prefabricated compound slabs and call it “artisan.” Modello doesn’t play that game.
Every Modello bar is crafted from scratch – we source, roast, grind, refine, and temper our chocolate from cocoa beans. This gives our bars:
Instead of mass-producing thousands of bars at once, Modello makes everything in micro-batches. This means your chocolate doesn’t sit on shelves for months.
Benefits you can taste:
From Signature Premium Chocolate Bars to Salted Caramel Chocolate , everything is produced with attention to detail — not factory speed.
